Boarding

Dunbordin Farms offers fifteen 12 x 12 stalls.  Each stall has a large window that opens and a half door. Stalls have either "Softstall" or wall to wall mats.  A spacious aisle makes grooming a breeze.   For your convenience, a 64 X 184 indoor arena is attached directly to the barn.  New GGT arena footing installed September 2010.  We have a heated tack room with hot water and a wash stall.

 

A number of grass paddocks lined with well maintained oak board fencing are available for your horse's leisure time. We turn out in small groups.  Individual turn out is available for an additional charge.  Water is always available.  All water troughs are equipped with heaters for the winter.  During the winter months round bales or flaked hay is made available while the horses are outside.  We make every effort to ensure your horse enjoys as much time outdoors as possible.

 

A large 150 x 250 sand ring with lights is available for schooling your horse.  We have a full course of hunter style jumps complete with boxes, gates and flowers.

Trails are reached through the back of the property.

 

We grain feed two times per day at 6 am and 3 pm.  Hay is offered at 7 am, 2 pm and 9 pm.  At night check we top up hay and water and put carrots in their feed tubs as a snack.  All horses are pail watered with individual taps in each stall.  We offer an additional grain feed at 9 pm under our "weight management" program.   Ask us
